This 5 day experience in NE Cambodia focused on actor centred practice compliments the OMLC workshop in Thailand the previous week, but is quite different. This event gives you you some OH theory but the emphasis is very much on experiential learning with colleagues and experienced mentors. Participants and NGO together will define questions, design an evaluation that answers them, gather quantitative and qualitative data in line with theie design, use software to analyse it, craft answers to the original questions and present findings and suggestions to the NGO. This is learning by doing.
