Participants learn Outcome Harvesting by actually doing it for real with an NGO in NE Cambodia over 5 days. An experience more than a typical workshop, the emphasis is on learning by doing. There is some theory but from day one we are immersed in an evaluation. Alongside the NGO we’ll define the questions, design an evaluation to answer them, gather outcomes, learn to use software to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, craft answers to the evaluation questions and present them, with suggestions, to the NGO. That’s experiential learning!
